“…nothing is impossible with Me…”
God is not playin!! So I have been going through this devotional book that was given to me by my God-fearing Mother…entitled…”Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young. I have been trying to get my relationship with God back together…and this daily devotional is helping…
Anywho…so while I am trying to make strides in the right direction….it is so easy to fall back into my old habits…anger, resentment, pride, profanity…just to name a few…
Either way, I did not read my devotional this morning…and am just reading it now…almost feel like God slapped me on the head and said….”Told ya so!” Today’s devotion was all about letting God steer the direction for my life, and stop trying to direct Him in what way I think it should go…
Had a long chat with Him on my way home from school just asking him for strength to let Him take control, and asked him for wisdom to keep relying on Him…
All of this was brought on after meeting with a counselor at EMU who told me that they would let me take another class instead of the one that was required (that class would have kept me at EMU for an extra semester). Long story short….what I thought was impossible, was made possible…and NOT by my works…but by His….
